This arabica coffee is from Don Claudio's Brunca region farm, Finca la Isabela, in Costa Rica. His farming practices learned from his father at a very young age, allows for this well-balanced cup with mild acidity. Its highly appreciated not only because of its perfect aspect but also for its sweet flavor.
Don Claudio and his two sons continue the tradition of offering their estate grown coffee including growth, harvest, and processing on site in their micro mill.
